Behavioural Edge Psychology offers comprehensive assessments for adults (18+) seeking to understand whether they may be autistic or have ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive, or combined presentation).

I provide accessible assessments for adults in collaboration with psychiatrists and GPs. Every assessment is neurodiversity-affirming and designed to provide both validation and direction: helping you see yourself more clearly, while also giving you and the people around you the language, evidence, and strategies needed to better support your wellbeing.
I provide expert psychological reports for workplace psychosocial incidents including bullying, harassment, work-related stress, burnout, and workplace trauma. These reports are prepared for civil, administrative, workers' compensation, or Fair Work proceedings and assist courts or tribunals in understanding the psychological impact of workplace psychosocial hazards. Reports include clinical consultations, psychological testing, review of workplace documentation, and comprehensive written findings. Standard reports start at $1,800 and complex reports from $2,600, typically completed within 2-4 weeks. Medicare rebates do not apply.
I am a WorkSafe Victoria provider and offers specialised Fitness to Work (FFW) and Return to Work (RTW) psychological assessments. These services are crucial for informing decisions in complex cases, particularly those managed under Workers' Compensation (WorkCover), Motor Vehicle Accident (CTP) claims, or for internal human resources and risk management purposes.

My focus is to provide the insurer, employer, or legal team with a clear, objective assessment of an individual’s psychological readiness and functional capacity to perform their job duties following an injury, illness, or period of absence safely and sustainably.
What steps is your organisation taking to design and implement effective psychosocial risk management systems in response to this clear regulatory and legislative intent?
Using my evidence-based diagnostic tools, Behavioural Edge Psychology assesses psychosocial risks and provides actionable recommendations. This helps organisations not only comply with regulations but also achieve best-practice standards.
